If you wish to return your purchase, please note that a return will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
Unopened, unused product in original packaging.
Proof of Purchase is presented.
Return is logged via our Contact Us page or email within 7 business days of order being placed. Brilliant White will reply with a physical delivery address for returned goods – no returns accepted via Postnet or postal services.
Product is sent back to Brilliant White and safely delivered to Brilliant White by courier chosen and paid for by customer. Proof of Shipment must be produced to Brilliant White.
Items on sale are non-refundable.
If all the above conditions are met, you are eligible for a refund. You will however only be refunded the cost of purchase minus a handling and admin fee of R120 an only after Brilliant White has received the returned item.
When sending a product back to Brilliant White, kindly note that the risk of transporting the item lies upon the customer. We can not guarantee that the courier you have chosen will deliver the goods to us. Brilliant White will not be held liable for lost, damaged or stolen goods when a product is returned and will also not collect any returned goods from any other address than the one supplied. Please take failure to deliver up with your chosen courier.
Please ensure that before logging a return that the product has not been opened, as you will not receive a refund in the event of returning an opened kit, used gel refill or container with an open seal. If Brilliant White received the returned product and feels the above conditions have not been met (opened product, no proof of purchase presented, sale item, return not logged within 7 business days of placing order), the customer will forfeit a refund and will have to pay a handling and admin fee of R120 to have the product sent back to him/her.
Refunds can take up to 3 business days to reflect after it has been processed by Payfast.
